Nanako: ........Yes.
Staff: Fried egg?
Nanako: Yes.
Staff: Bacon?
Nanako: A, HAI.
Staff: Extra cheese?
Nanako: Ah, ah, yes.
Staff: Really...? Ah, would you like that for here or to go?
Nanako: ......YES.

I didn't know the word, "sour kraut".
It seems sour kraut is salty and sour cabbage.
